What is Sentec?

Sentec is a digital ecosystem (mobile app + web admin panel) that centralizes the management of a residential community (The Comm), connecting residents, operational staff and administrators to streamline bookings, communications, services and administrative processes.

Main features: space bookings, event management, services marketplace, incident reporting and tracking, access to invoices and documents, notification system and SOS / emergency button.

Main Features
  • Bookings & space management: book rooms and resources from the app, with capacity control, an availability dashboard and automatic reminders to avoid conflicts.
  • Events: browse, register and manage registrations and capacity; administrators can configure registrations, pricing and slots.
  • Services marketplace: access services offered by the center or partners (physiotherapy, hairdressing, cleaning, transport) and manage appointment bookings.
  • Maintenance & incidents: residents can open incidents with digital records and tracking so the team can manage and close cases.
  • Invoices & documents: private space to access digital invoices and documents shared by administration.
  • Communications & notifications: automatic/manual notifications, group segmentation and priority levels.
  • Security & emergencies: a panic/SOS button to immediately alert the responsible team.

These features are designed to improve residents' daily experience while optimizing the operations of community managers.

Getting Started (Quick User Guide)
STEP 01

Register and Sign In

Download the app from the App Store / Google Play. Create your account using the provided method (passwordless access enabled).

STEP 02

Book a Space

Go to "Bookings", select room, date and time. You'll receive a reminder to prevent conflicts and comply with capacity rules.

STEP 03

Sign Up for Events

View the list in "Events" and tap register. If the event has a cost, follow the integrated payment flow.

STEP 04

Book a Service

Open the Marketplace (physiotherapy, cleaning, etc.), choose your appointment and receive provider details.

STEP 05

Create and Track Incidents

Under "Maintenance", describe the issue and attach photos. Ensures traceability and request follow-up.

STEP 06

View Invoices and Docs

Access your digital history of invoices and files shared by administration. Reduce paper use.

SOS Button: In an emergency, press the button to immediately alert and activate the response protocol.

Information for Admins & Operational Staff

Sentec includes a web admin panel with the following capabilities:

  • User & role management: A permissions engine to grant access only to the functions needed.
  • Availability dashboard: A visual view of bookings and capacity control.
  • Segmented communication: Send automatic or manual notifications, with priority and group segmentation.
  • Incident & maintenance tracking: History and traceability of cases.
Integrations & Security

Sentec is designed to integrate with health and monitoring solutions (e.g., FRAILSTOP) and offers secure passwordless login and logging of communications/documents.

Recommendation: For health integrations or sensitive data, review and accept specific privacy terms before enablement.

Troubleshooting (FAQ)
The app won't let me sign in
Check email/phone and connection. Review the SMS/email code. If the problem persists, contact support with your name and registered email.
I can't book — it's occupied
Verify that date/time does not conflict. If you believe it's an error, send a screenshot and time to support for review.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check permissions on your device (background notifications). Include your device model and OS version if the issue continues.
My incident is not being updated
The operational team updates the status. Send a message with the incident ID for priority review.
I received an SOS alert by mistake
Contact the operational team immediately so they can cancel the response protocol.
Can I share my account?
No. Each user must use their own account to maintain traceability and security.
Is my personal information stored?
Yes: basic contact info and activity logs necessary for management. See the privacy policy for your rights.
